## New features

- **Review a shared link without a full Aspect account.** You can now invite external reviewers to a shared link without asking them to complete a full Aspect sign-in. On the web, they can provide a name and email so their comments and permitted changes are attributed to them.
- **Review audio with timed feedback.** You can now review audio with a dedicated timeline and playback controls. Leave feedback at a specific moment or across a time range, and follow the transcript alongside playback when one is available.
- **See Aspect status in Finder.** You can now see transfer status for your mounted files through Finder badges on macOS. You can also choose Open in Aspect from Finder to return to the file in the app.

## Improvements

- **Less friction with password-protected links.** You can now return to a password-protected share without entering its password again while your access session remains valid. If you manage the share, you can also reveal and copy its existing password when you need to send it to someone.
- **More faithful document previews.** Your document previews now have access to more fonts used in common office documents. You should see fewer font substitutions when reviewing those files in Aspect.

## Bug fixes

- **Folder ZIPs open in Windows Explorer.** You can now extract downloaded folder ZIPs with Windows Explorer more reliably. Your archives now use a ZIP format that Explorer can read correctly.
- **Jump to transcript search results as you type.** You can now find a passage in a transcript and have the view scroll to the first match as you type. As you move between results, your selected match stays in view so you can keep reading around it.
- **Keep playback in step when comparing versions.** You can now switch a comparison slot from a still image to playable media without losing the playback state and speed carried from the other playable item. This helps you keep your comparison in step.
- **Large mounted folders show all their files.** You can now see all of your files in large mounted folders. A fixed listing limit that could leave some items out of the folder view has been removed.
- **Shared links open correctly in the desktop app.** You can now open shared links in the desktop app more reliably when you are signed in. The fix addresses an access error that could prevent an otherwise valid share from opening.
